MAD Security conducted penetration testing for both the Nitrogen Generator and sportsbet sports betting app Panel systems using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-115, Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP), Open Source Security Testing Methodology Manual (OSSTMM), and Penetration Testing Execution Standard (PTES) methodologies. This technical testing effort was focused on assessing the security of these devices and their associated hardware by actively attacking and reviewing the physical hardware, applications, network interactions, interfaces, and source code associated with these systems. Overall, these systems were found to be well protected, with no security vulnerabilities discovered that would allow an attacker to fully compromise the system or impact intended functionality of the system.
